PeekPublic can review requests to suppress a public profile, remove cached public metadata, or limit public lookup visibility from PeekPublic.

Requests we can review

• You own or control a public Snapchat profile and want it suppressed from PeekPublic lookup results or future indexation.
• You are an affected person and believe a public lookup result creates a privacy, safety, impersonation, harassment, or misidentification concern.
• PeekPublic is showing outdated cached public metadata that no longer matches the public source.
• A public story/profile reference should be removed because it is no longer public, is sensitive, or creates a clear safety risk.

What to include

• Use the subject line "PeekPublic Removal Request".
• Include the public Snapchat username or profile link involved.
• Include any PeekPublic URL involved.
• Explain whether you are the profile owner, an affected person, an authorized representative, or someone reporting a safety concern.
• Provide a practical way to verify the request. For example, profile owners can contact us from an official public contact method, temporarily place a verification phrase in a public bio, or suggest another low-risk verification path.
• Tell us what outcome you want: suppress profile lookup, remove cached metadata, remove a specific URL, or review a safety/privacy concern.

How we handle requests

We review requests case by case. If we can verify the request and the requested action is appropriate, we may remove, suppress, noindex, cache-purge, or otherwise limit the profile or content inside PeekPublic.

Removal from PeekPublic does not remove content from Snapchat, Snap Inc., search engines, browser caches, screenshots, archives, or other websites. For source removal, contact the platform or source where the content is published.
